Recycling Fees…

Earth Paints Collection Systems charges a nominal fee per container recycled. This fee helps offset the costs of recycling the paint and containers.

Per Container Recycling Fees*

1 Quart – $1.50 each

1 Gallon – $2.50 each

2 Gallon – $3.50 each

5 Gallon – $8.00 each

*All recycling fees are charged per container regardless of the amount of paint in the can.

Other environmentally harmful methods of disposing of latex paint – such as using a waste paint hardener or kitty litter to prepare the paint for disposal, are more expensive, messy and inconvenient. Simply throwing dried paint out to languish in a landfill might cost you nothing, but the environment pays a significant price.
